Reflections
Greetings and blessings to all of you. If you would read Rom.1:18-32 it explains what will happen when our culture/nation rebels against God. When a nation willfully rejects God and His Word turning its back on His moral requirements; God eventually reveals His wrath against that nation. God will allow the people to experience the full brunt of the ravaging consequences of their sin. Look at what is occurring right now ..just as the stated in the noted Scripture. Over the past three years our faith, families and freedom have been attacked. For example, crisis at the US southern borders, deaths...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. In the book of 2nd Chron.15:3-6 it says, “for many days Israel was without the true God and without a teaching priest and without law.... In those times there was no peace to him who went out or to him who came in for many disturbances afflicted all the inhabitants of the lands. Nation was crushed by nation, and city by city, for God troubled them with every kind of distress.” Church... we were given a prophetic time clock by God. As we read Scripture, we must appreciate what God is telling us, so we can respond accordingly. The world right no...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. In the book of Mark 13:35-37 it says, “therefore stay awake for you do not know when the master of the house will come … lest he come suddenly and find you asleep. And what I say to you I say to all, “Stay awake.” Some Bibles say, “Watch!” Just before that in Chapter 13 the Bible spoke on “the signs of the times and the end of this age.” The disciples in their century were all ears when Jesus spoke of the end times. They said, “tell us when will these things be? And what will be the sign when all thes...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. Google defines apathetic as having or showing little or no emotion; not interested; indifferent or unresponsive. Its first cousin is being self-satisfied or exhibiting a lack of concern, a lack of commitment. In any local church there are people that {it is hard to tell} if they are real or not. Just like the people in the church of Laodicea (Rev. 3:14-22) the Lord said, “because you are lukewarm and neither hot or cold, I will spit you out of my mouth…. Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline… so be zealous and repent.” The ...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. In Luke 13:24-25 it reads “Someone asked Him, Lord are only a few people going to be saved? He said to them, make every effort to enter through the narrow door because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to. Once the owner of the house gets up and closes the door, you will stand outside knocking and pleading, Sir open the door for us. But He will answer I do not know you or where you come from.” Some of us have wondered am I really saved? Is so and so saved? You are not alone in asking this question from time to time espec...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. In Eccle. 12:13-14 it reads “now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter; Fear God and keep his commandments… for this is the whole duty of man; for God will bring every deed into judgement including every hidden thing whether it is good or evil.” Most believers do not understand the concept of “fearing God”. They have bought into the lie that ‘fear’ means weak, being or feeling less than somebody else, a scaredy-cat. In our culture to chase tornadoes, engage in extreme sports, to envy Evel Kniev...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. This is a New Year. God wants us to be- and know -without a doubt who you and I belong to… which is our identity. The Word of God is our Life ..it is our Reality. Therefore, what we say and do comes from having the mind of Christ. This is and going forward… each of us have an obligation and a responsibility to study, read, meditate and obey the Scriptures. Why? Because the Word says in (I Tim. 3:16) “all Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” B...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you and a Happy New Year. It has been said that if you don’t fill your mind with the Word of God, the enemy will fill it with fear, anxiety, stress, worry, and temptation. This New Year let us start fresh by fearing God Almighty plus reading and practicing His Word. Begin reading from Genesis to the book of Revelation. When we do that, we will encounter a living Lord who is both great and good, sovereign and kind; who never will leave you nor forsake you. By God’s grace He allowed each of us to be here another day. Our Master has assignments for al...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you and a very MERRY CHRISTMAS. This is a special time of the year. This is a time when we realize who came into this world long ago to give us what we needed. We needed a Savior… A Redeemer....A Deliverer….A Comforter…A Healer. God’s gift to us is His Son. “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” Why? It was very important to God for His children to understand who He is and what is his attributes.. He wants us to know that He is not merely a God of holiness, wrath and justice, but that He is also loving, k...
(Read More)Greetings and blessings to all of you. There is a beautiful song that we sing every year during the Advent season…O come O come Emmanuel. God told us in the Bible “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold the virgin shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name Immanuel.” Isaiah 7:14) This prophecy has been fulfilled. We read all about it in Luke Chapter I. The baby’s name would be Jesus. In Greek it means the Lord saves. He would be the Son of the Highest or the Son of God; the second person of the Trinity. As the Messiah and a descendant of Kin...
