Greetings and blessings to you all. What is the one of the most pressing questions facing Christian today? In Luke 18:8 it says, “when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on Earth?” We have a lot of work to do- a work that demands leaders who will constantly direct the people of God to the Word of God. It has been said that we have become far too casual with our view of God, as if He is the fun uncle who visits us a couple of times a year. Almighty God is a holy and righteous God who deserves and expects our fear and reverence. Because we are living in a time of an increasingly hostile culture that is very secular and dismissive of Christianity, it is imperative that we start desiring God more. We want crime to decrease, relationships repaired, churches filled, common sense to return, illegal drugs off the streets, righteousness to reign. We want our children to be blessed with peace and prosperity. Ask yourself do you want a spiritual revival or do you want to see people revere and honor God like He should be? If God answered all our prayers and America flourished like never before, would we still seek God? Do we want just the blessings or the blesser? God is Holy. In the book of Isaiah 6:3 it says, “and one called to another and said, Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory.” God has proven many times over that he loves us. It began with giving Christians the revelation of the Birth, Life and Death of Christ. God also given us Biblical Prophecy to let us know what is going to happen ahead of time so that we can get right with Him. If God wanted to, He could just snap His finger and Boom!!! We are all gone. Why? Because we are sinners and we deserve to be sentenced to Hell for our rebellion against our Creator and for breaking His moral law. But by God’s grace and His love and salvation He lets us know ahead of time what His plan is. He allows some of us and our loved ones to get saved. He grants us time to prepare and get right with Him. God loves us so much that He sends out Men of God to warn people of the coming judgement men such as Noah, Jonah, Habakkuk, and John the Baptist. And now Pastors. The promise that Jesus Christ is going to return one day in might and power to victoriously defeat Satan and his minions and set up His Kingdom should make you stand up and shout…HALLELUJAH!
