Greetings and blessings to all of you. In (Matt. 5:10) the 8th Beatitudes says, “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Persecuted! Who wants to be persecuted for any reason? However, that is what Christ wants of us. The narrow gate is narrow for a reason. Following Christ does not mean that we live our holiness in private forever dwelling in the safety of a prayer closet. We are called to go into all the world just like Charlie Kirk and fulfill His Great Commission. For too long believers have been on the defensive. In contrast, the offensive is speaking the truth in love BEFORE the authorities take you to court. Playing it cool in the gray zone of lukewarm Christianity is no longer possible. We must choose to be either hot or cold. * God is allowing the Church to be pushed into a corner; therefore, inaction is not an option. He said, “Blessed are you when people hate you and when they exclude you and revile you and spurn your name as evil on account of the Son of Man! Rejoice in that day and leap for joy for behold your reward is great in heaven” (Luke 6:22-23) The culture says to believers who are ministering the Truth “you hurt my feelings.”. “Go hide in your church and leave us alone.” This appears to be Satan’s current strategy as he influences the lost to persecute those who stand for truth and righteousness. Think what happened to Apostle Paul as he spoke the truth about his political and spiritual convictions with the goal of encouraging the church to embrace Truth. Stephen was a young man “full of faith and the Holy Spirit”. They stoned him to death, and his was a triumphal entry into heaven. The Bible teaches that God does not always deliver His saints from adversity. God says in Hebrews 11 that others were just as faithful as Abraham, Moses, Daniel, or David, they too walked with God but they perished. God has not promised to deliver us from trouble; but He has promised to go with us through the trouble. Did you know that believers are slowly being backed into a corner where our apathy and fearful neutrality no longer pacify those whose hearts are full of sin? Are we prepared for this culture? Under this ostracization would you deny Christ and His teachings? “And then many will be offended, will betray one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound the love of many will grow cold.” Matt. 24:10-11 Please understand this.
With the Love of Christ
