Greetings and blessings to all of you. In Psalm 14:3 the Word states “all have turned aside they have together become corrupt; there is no one who does good, not even one.” We live in an age when sin is tolerated even celebrated. Actions that were once shameful are now held up as virtuous and honorable. Sadly, this even happens in some churches. But sin should break our hearts. We live in a time when the goal of society seems to be to tear down the family, silence the church, and reshape the cultural without God. Since we are in a cultural moment that demands clarity, courage, and conviction becoming the church committed to destroying strongholds with THE TRUTH is crucial. The underlying principle of all Satan’s tactics is deception. He is crafty and clever making bad appear good and good appearing bad. His deception began in the Garden of Eden and it continues until this day. Satan evades seminaries and even the pulpit. Many times, he even invades the church under cover of orthodox vocabulary emptying sacred terms of their biblical sense. What is a Christian to do when faced with “the wiles of Satan”? He is to defend and speak on The Truth as the Holy Spirit leads him to. “But the Helper, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.” (John 14:26) Every believer has the responsibility to be a godly influence. Through our example and testimony, we are to help people gain a better understanding of Jesus Christ and the way to follow Him. Our lives and words of wisdom and encouragement can have an impact in our work place or neighborhood when we interact with others. We must stand upon the doctrines found in the Bible which is the inerrant Word of God. Are we not touched by the lost, helpless, hopeless, people existing in all part of the world? The spiritual need is overwhelming but praise God there is an answer in the person of Jesus Christ. You and I have experienced transformation because Christ has set us free. Therefore, we can be bold as we share with others our worth that comes from Christ alone. He alone can meet any need man faces. Christ is depending on us to do the very things which He did while upon the earth. But many of us have failed Him. We have gone our own selfish way, heedless of the cry of the needy at the spiritual level not just physical, We must do better.
