Greetings and blessings to all of you. We have an enemy. The crazy part is that the average Christian does not know for a fact that we live in an evil and dying world. They don’t want to believe in their heart and soul that Satan is not only the prince of the power of the air but also the prince of this world. In John 14:30 it says, “I will no longer speak much with you -for the ruler of the world is coming and in Me he has nothing.” To be at home (comfortable, content) in it- is to be at home with Satan. The Christian is to be crucified to the world for his true citizenship is in heaven. The friend of the world is no friend of God; therefore, the Christian must always be on his guard fully dressed in the armor of God-daily. There is no moment when he/she can let down his guard. Why? Because we are in a spiritual warfare a life of struggles in which nothing delights Satan more than to see a Christian disappointed and depressed because of adversities. In 2 Cor. 4:4 Paul says “the god of this age has blinded the thoughts of those who do not believe.” The god of this age/culture is Satan. Atheists worship Satan without knowing what they are doing. Are you? Do you have a covering over your eyes that you are not able to discern the times we are living in? God calls it “a veil”. That veil upon veil keeps people from knowing Christ. That same veil covers todays Christians. It makes them touchy and very sensitive. If they feel offended easily -it is Satan that is crouching in their minds. Satan is lurking in the mentality of todays veiled Christians; causing hate and division. The Bible says “The thief comes to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.” Satan is commonly called the accuser, the father of lies, the evil one, murderer. All people today whether primitive or highly cultured have been blinded by the god of this age. How few of them know the God of the Scriptures. This is true of those who attend church. To see God to know God and understand the evil in this world; we must turn away from the many distractions which helps the evil one to keep us in the dark about his ways. In Eph. 6:11 the word says, “put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the wiles(deception) of the devil. Begin saying, Jesus is Lord of All. Lord I turn my heart only to you. I will worship only you. Show Me how.
