Greetings and blessings to all of you. God loves the number two. It appears in the Scriptures as a symbol of purification, division, harmony, balance, cooperation, relationship, beliefs and peace, etc. God mentions in the Word two gates, two roads, two destinations, two kinds of crowds. The Lord describes two kinds of trees, two kinds of fruit, two kinds of builders, two foundations. The choices are clear cut. God demands a decision. Each must choose which way he or she will go. What if you or I decide to come to Christ on our own terms thereby making the wrong choice? What if we have chosen to come through another door (there are many doors out there) or to live our life on the broad road? A lot of people have made a choice. Now they believed that they are saved. They are called false converts. Some have believed… in order to be saved… believing certain facts, walking down an aisle, raising a hand, or praying the right prayer. Salvation is not easy. For the gate is small and few are those who find it (Matt. 7:14) That implies that unless a person is looking diligently for the gate, he is not likely to find it. In Jer.29:13 Gods says, “and you will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.” Have you heard the terms “cheap grace” or “easy believism?” It is a practice of false converts. Their kingdom (or world) consist of people who want Jesus without any change in their living. True converts live with a worldview as broken people who have agonized to enter in the right gate who has been empowered by divine grace to seek God with ALL their heart on a continuous level. In Luke 13 It says, “strive to enter by the narrow door for many I tell you will seek to enter and will not be able” Have you entered in the right gate… the right door? In the narrow gate you will be stripped of everything. You cannot get through this gate holding on to stuff such as self-righteousness, pride, material possessions, or respectable sins. Remember this is the narrow gate going unto a narrow road unto the Kingdom of Christ. Salvation requires total transformation. In 2 Cor. 5:17 it says, “If any man is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away behold new things have come. God gave simple straightforward options; so, choose wisely. How? With Much tarrying prayers.
