Greetings and blessings to all of you. We are past GOOD FRIDAY and unto RESURRECTION SUNDAY. AMEN!!! Do you know what that means for us? He died and was buried and HE ROSE. Why did this all have to take Place? In John 11:25-26 it says “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live even though he dies and whoever lives and believes in me will never die”. Do you believe this? Let us look at some of our similarities in this verse and our new life. Do you except the fact that by Jesus dying on the cross we should be dying also? Do you believe that by Jesus suffering on the cross that we should suffer with him? “Now if we are children, then we are heirs-heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ if indeed we share in his sufferings in order that we also share in his glory.” (Romans 8:17) How have you suffered in order to obtain the glory? Paul said, “that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us” (v 18) Do you believe that by Him being buried…that we and all our sins are buried? “Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body arm yourselves also with the same attitude because who has suffered in his body is done with sin” (I Peter 4:1) Do you believe that when Jesus rose to a new life in Christ you also rose to a new life. “Therefore, if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature; old things are passed away behold all things are become new.” 2 Cor. 5:17 When we stop fighting against Christ, we will experience a renewal in our souls. We will appreciate what happened that Christ continues to “Passover” us with the things that the world suffers from like worry, fretting, hopelessness, fear, despair and high anxiety. He has raised us from the dead as we were lost and miserable but He found us and renewed our lives. We were dead now we are alive because Jesus is the Resurrection, we can experience the rebirth in our lives here and now and forever. JESUS IS ALIVE sitting at the right hand of the Father listening to our petitions and supplications ..right now. Hallelujah!!
