Greetings and blessings to all of you. In the book of 2nd Chron.15:3-6 it says, “for many days Israel was without the true God and without a teaching priest and without law.... In those times there was no peace to him who went out or to him who came in for many disturbances afflicted all the inhabitants of the lands. Nation was crushed by nation, and city by city, for God troubled them with every kind of distress.” Church... we were given a prophetic time clock by God. As we read Scripture, we must appreciate what God is telling us, so we can respond accordingly. The world right now is undergoing a terrific assault. Anti-Semitism is being renewed. Just recently Hamas also known as The Islamic Resistance Movement, a terrorist group invaded, slaughtered and kidnapped Israelites across the Gaza borders; killing women, children, the elderly, and children. It is noted as one of the deadliest attacks against the Jewish nation since the Holocaust. God’s chosen people {the Jewish nation} have to be loved and supported by the U.S and us. Why? It’s simple. Jesus was a Jew by descent, and He lived a Jewish life in the first century; and whatever and whoever God loves we love. In Gen. 12:2-5 “I will bless those who bless you and whoever curses you I will curse.” Psalm 83 says, “they are full of craftiness and plot against your people laying plans to slay your precious ones, Come, they say and let us wipe out Israel as a nation we will destroy the very memory of her existence.” “This hatred is against a people who have been a blessing to the earth. A people who gave us the Prophets, the Apostles, the Messiah. The Bible says Salvation is of the Jews (John 4:22). Do you not want to understand the geographical and political implications of the Middle East in respect to the Messianic prophecies esp.in the O.T.? As Christians we must appreciate the connection between the Middle East and God’s prophetic time clock. The prophet Zechariah in 12:10 tells how Jesus the Messiah will put His laws in their hearts. Our response should be to pray. We must pray for the peace of Jerusalem that can only be found in Jesus. Pray that the Israelites find the correct view of God, pray to begin teaching the truth about Christ the Messiah by spiritual leaders who honor the authority of the Word. Did you know if you were to visit modern Israel the people are Nones and they reject Jesus? We have our assignment-pray. God has a plan for His people.
