Greetings and blessings to all of you. On this last day of month, we will focus on the LOVE of Christ. Hopefully you have been fully impacted by the past reflections on the reason Jesus came, died and rose on our behalf even when we did not even acknowledge Him. Saints, God is a God of infinite Mercy. Did you know that?  There is the story of the Ninevites. These people were very evil so God called Jonah the Prophet to tell them to repent or else God will destroy them by their enemy the Assyrians. The Assyrians were proud in their self- sufficiency and military might. So the people of Nineveh did repent and began to follow the ways of God and were saved from destruction from their enemy.  But generations later evil returned. In God’s Mercy He sent the Prophet Nahum to tell them to repent ..this time they did not and God destroyed the Ninevites. Are we like the Ninevites? Has God sent someone maybe a Pastor to warn you of the coming wrath? Have you like these people decided that you were not going to listen?  The story of the flood may touch your heart. After the Adam and Eve fiasco, God stepped in to replenish His kingdom…but once again the people decided to go their own way ...kicking God’s principles aside to do their own thing. How did God respond?  Read Gen. 5-8, “then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. And the Lord was sorry that He made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. So, the Lord said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth, both man and beast, creeping thing and birds of the air, for I AM SORRY THAT I HAVE MADE THEM.” But God found favor with Noah (Mercy) and started re-building His kingdom again with Noah’s family. The Ninevites had God’s Mercy but they did not recognize it nor appreciated it. All the people did not die in the flood there was Noah’s’ family. That was God’s Mercy. God is Love and in that love is His infinite Mercy. Without God’s Mercy we would be hopeless.  What was going on when Christ came into this world as a baby? The world like now had removed God’s principles from the people’s heart. In Romans 3:11-18...“There is none righteous no not one. ...they have all turned aside. There is none who does good…no not one. There is no fear of God before their eyes.” Saints, we need the Mercy of God which is Love. Respond properly!

With the Love of Christ
