Greetings and blessings to all of you. We are at a time that we must learn to live Spiritually in a Secular Culture? Did you know our society is currently being divided over a series of moral issues which are linked to our religious convictions? We as practicing Christians cannot avoid this divided culture. What our views on God, the world, justice, humanness, and freedom, will show in our divergent ways of living and dying. In response have you made up your mind just to follow the masses “so we can all get along”? Have you been deluded into believing what the media has been saying over and over again? Have you decided that “church meetings in a building” was not in vogue or not progressive in the 21st century?  Have you decided to ZOOM your way through the Christian walk until Jesus returns.? Seriously? These are questions we should be asking ourselves. We are people of the Bible…we cannot withdraw from what we were called to do and become insulated into a “technical community” separated from meeting together as Jesus said. Know this, if we decide to “follow Christ” we will be out of step with the pagan world. The Bible says, “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belong to the world it would love you as its own. As it is you do not belong to the world but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you ..If they persecuted me they will persecute you.” (John 15: 21) But even living in a pagan society we can strive without living a double life. Saints, recognize that we have an enemy and he has a “kind of hunger”. He is always on the prowl. He looks for baby Christians who are following their own dictates of their own mind. These baby Christians have not fed on the meat of the Word daily and mingled the Word in their lifestyle but have managed to toddle along with just milk. Satan has been given the authority to influence and gain control over this immature Christian. Not for spitefulness or meanness but to draw the baby Christian back to Christ and to the mature believers in order to nourish them and help redirect their lives back to Christ full time. In the Bible (Luke 22:32) Jesus said to his fledgling disciple “Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”  Saints begin to live a life of distinction…call on your mature saints to help you.
