Greetings and blessings to all of you. I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving week in the Lord.  I love this time of the year because this is a time to reflect on ALL that God has given us.  He has given us so much beginning with our Salvation. Of course, you and I know that could not have happened without the death of His Son…and His Resurrection. He has given us the breath of True/Real life. He has given us things that we take for granted like eyes to see what is really going on. He has given us ears to be cognizant of hearing the Truth as opposed to the many lies, we are being bombarded with every day.  Especially if you listen to the worldly media.  He has given us a mind of Christ so we are able to think Biblically (called discernment) to be able to refute the false teachings and beliefs that will give us anxieties and stress. We Christians are to be so very thankful even when our current culture is advocating for separation of church and state.  Unless you are a robot or you have your head buried in the sand. ..you should know that we have the liberty of “limited free speech”. I say limited because it appears, we live in a time where the “marketplace of ideas” is wide open for all opinions, and all lifestyles in some areas that is, except Christian viewpoints in general, and the Bible in particular.  Try discussing openly the values of the Bible and see what happens to you. You will be shutdown. You will be dismissed as an ignoramus, unloving, intolerant and outright hated. This is a season of Thanksgiving. We should be thankful that we live in the City of God and not the City of Man (called Humanism). And that is only because Jesus has opened our eyes to the truth that He inspired the many Prophets of Old to write what God has to say to us in the Book (the Bible).  The Truth of Faith has been given to us so we can “look forward to the city with foundations whose architect and builder is God.” Heb. 11:10 How then should we live in light of all of these blessings?  We should live for Christ; in the public square as much in the comfort of our homes and especially in the Body of Christ. As a Christ follower we must engage in the things of God openly and without apology before we lose our freedom to do so. We should live like Paul, “for to me to live is Christ and to die is gain.

With the Love of Christ
